HomeCan anyone give me their experience on taking FX menopause? Thinking of giving it a go but concerned about the lack of progesterone in it.

I was hoping another fx user would jump in here 
To get an idea of how well fx works look over the diary sheets on this page of the web site.

fx performs as well as GP prescribed HRT with first signs of improvement, e.g. 50% drop in flushes and sweats, anywhere from 2 days to 5 weeks for over 80% of women. NutraFX usual suggest a 4 week trial as this gets things started for most women. From then on expect to gradually improve and need less capsules.
Re Progesterone; If your fairly healthy, look after your diet and are having a normal menopause or have had a hysterectomy you simply do not need it, fx does everything.
