Hi lily welcome to the forum.
It’s not really recommended to mix the two as both are doing the same job. Probably best thing to do is to get NutraFX to send you a GP information pack. Take that to your GP; That should give them enough info to give informed advice on what to do. Nowadays the UKs medicines and control agency do not recommend HRT for osteoporosis because any bone health support has to be used long term and you shouldn’t use HRT for more that a few years, if at all. Also, when you stop using HRT the benefits soon go. If osteoporosis is a concern there are other meds your GP can prescribe for it.
Fxmenopause can be used as long as you like and it can be used alongside the common osteoporosis drugs.
